This fun colorful flower popping bombe' is sure to create a happy, cheerful, lively atmosphere in a room. I love painting sunflowers and poppies so I filled this neutral toned bombe' with my handpainted flowers, painted 3D moulds, and some faded script for extra interest. The moulds were randomly placed on the front, top, and the sides. Next, I painted the colorful red, orange, and white poppies with sprigs of smaller complimentary flowers, placing a few adjacent to the moulds for a 3 dimensional affect I added a little faded script and swirls for extra interest. This is my second sunflower chest, the first has found it's permanent home. If you are a lover of sunflowers and poppies, this might just be your favorite new piece of furniture art.
